Terms and Conditions of Booking
By booking a course with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment Terms
All bookings must be paid in full prior to the start of training unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the first day of training will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 8 and 14 days before the first day of training will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made 7 days or less before the first day of training will not be eligible for any refund.
3. Substitution of Candidates
We may accept a substitute candidate where possible. This may incur an administration fee of £25.
4. Certification and Documentation
Certificates and cards will only be issued to the individual or company that placed the booking. We will only release certificates and cards once the invoice has been paid in full.
Name changes may incur an administration fee of £12.50 per name.
Replacement certificates or cards will incur an administration fee of at least £25 per certificate/card, unless the awarding organisation fee is higher, in which case the higher fee will apply.
5. General
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. We reserve the right to amend course dates or venues where necessary, providing reasonable notice where possible.
