We offer courses for Street Works (NRSWA), Smart Awards Telecoms & Health & Safety, IPAF Mewp training, NPORS plant training, Confined Space training (certified by City & Guilds, CABWI or Smart Awards) and EUSR training. We are now also offering TAQA based qualifications such as Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement, Level 3 Award in Education & Training and Level 4 Certificate in Internal Quality Assurance.

CABWI Confined Space Medium Risk ENTRANT ONLY

Medium risk confined space training equips entrants with skills to safely enter, work, recognise hazards, follow procedures, and respond to emergencies effectively.

CABWI Confined Space Rescue

The aim of this course is to educate learners in a realistic high-risk environment by preparing them to work safely; entering and exiting confined spaces safely; preparing to use applicable breathing apparatus; using rescue equipment; following procedures and dealing with emergencies.

City & Guilds 6160-03 Level 2 Award in Working in High Risk Confined Spaces

A high-risk confined space with an NC4 classification is typically a space posing a specific risk to workers. They cannot eliminate or control the risks to an acceptable level and usually require breathing apparatus to operate in the area.

City & Guilds 6160-09 Medium Risk Confined Space Entry Controller & Entrant

Medium risk confined space training prepares entrants and entry controllers to manage hazards, use equipment, maintain communication, follow procedures, and respond effectively to emergencies safely.

IPAF 3a and 3b (two categories)

The IPAF 3a and 3b - Two categories of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs) including cherry pickers, scissor lifts, and mobile booms such as articulated & electric boom lifts.

IPAF Harness User

The IPAF Harness Awareness and Harness User short courses provides delegates (including supervisors and managers) with essential knowledge to ensure correct selection and use of harnesses.

IPAF Operator 1b, 3a & 3b (e-learning at home) plus Practical on-site

This qualification is based upon the learner successfully completing e-learning at home and then bringing proof of completion and pass with them to the practical assessment.

NPORS Course (N204) - Forward Tipping Dumper Experienced Course

To train and assess delegates’ practical skills and theoretical knowledge to the standards set by NPORS and to identify and eliminate any bad habits in the safe operation of a Forward Tipping Dumper.

NRSWA Operative LA, O1 to O6 & O8

The NRSWA operative qualification certifies workers to safely perform street works, ensuring compliance with regulations, proper excavation, reinstatement, traffic management, and public safety standards requirements.

NRSWA Supervisor All Units LA & S1 to S7

The NRSWA supervisor qualification certifies individuals to oversee street works, ensuring compliance, coordination, safety, quality of reinstatement, and adherence to legal and traffic management requirement

SA029 Safe Working in Single Occupancy Dwellings

This course focuses on the essential safety practices and procedures for working within single occupancy dwellings.

SA030 Fire Stopping

The SA030 – Fire Stopping Installation qualification prepares learners for fire-stopping installation.

SA031 Safe Working in Multi-Occupancy Dwellins

This course provides comprehensive training on safe working practices within multi occupancy dwellings, addressing the unique challenges and risks associated with these environments.

Smart Awards

SA001 Overhead Safety including Joint User Poles

The SA001 qualification covers three modules: Overhead Safety, Pole checking and Joint user Poles. Aimed at operatives working on the overhead telecoms network it takes up to 2.5 days.

SA001a Overhead safety awareness

This is an awareness ONLY course and can be delivered in person or online, it does not include climbing or any practical element. The course is suitable for MEWP operators or senior staff.

SA002 Underground Safety 1-Day Course

This accreditation covers Gas Testing and Cover Lifting. It provides learners with the knowledge and skills to identify the hazards and potential risks involved in working safely on or in proximity to underground structures and operational buildings.

SA003 Safe Use of Respiratory Protective Equipment

This course provides learners with the skills and knowledge of selection and use of adequate and suitable Respiratory Protective Equipment (RPE) in the workplace, in order to comply with the law.

SA004 Safe Use of Abrasive Wheels

This 1/2 day course including a practical lesson and assessment teaches the safe use of abrasive wheels including portable cut-off saws.
