What is IPAF 3b?
The 3b category covers self-propelled boom lifts that can be driven while elevated. These machines are commonly used in construction, maintenance, and industrial environments where access to hard-to-reach areas is required. Candidates earn a PAL Card on successful completion, proving their competence. Learners study online before attending a practical training session at an approved centre.
